'Coastal Verge' Hand dyed. 100g Cheviot, chunky 100% pure wool

Naturally dyed with wild Orkney plants. Hand collected and processed using heritage techniques, this is a Yarrow dye, which is a rich khaki shade, showing some natural variegation throughout the wool.

I have attempted to capture the colour accurately although colour may vary on screens.

Hardy, naturally resilient, perfect for well used items 100% wool.

Due to the properties of the dye the light fastness of the colour should be considered. This dye is best suited to projects which are not frequently washed or exposed to light.

Items should be washed on a cool hand wash only, some bleeding may occur in the first wash. Some plant material may remain in the wool.
